Terms & Conditions of Hire

Please find our 'Terms' below, some of them are in accordance with the Public Service Vehicle Acts.

Payment: We apologise but at present we can only except CASH or CHEQUE payments only

By Cheque: Please can you forward any cheque payments to arrive no later than 7 days prior to travel. (payable to Mr J.Gruner)

By Cash: Please can you pay the FULL or OUTSTANDING amount to the driver BEFORE the first journey commences, A full receipt will be issued for all monies received on day of booking (inc any deposits paid).

Enquiries: all enquiries will be treated as such until further instructions are received.

Bookings: Please use our online booking form, or you can write, e-mail or phone us. Only 'confirmed' bookings will be honoured.

Cancellations: These are sometimes unavoidable and you are welcome to cancel at any time prior to travel but please give as much notice if at all possible, however if we have commenced the journey then a 25.00 extra charge will be made.

Deposits: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on all bookings please. (unless agreed otherwise)

Start of Hire: To be fair to other operaters, we operate a maximum distance 'zone' we will travel for the first pick-up*, Dorchester (to the west), Salisbury (to the north), and Southampton (to the east). Any customers beyond this 'zone', please phone to enquire. Thank You.....

*(excludes airport transfers)


General:

1. Any damage to our vehicles will be billed and must be paid for within 7 days.

2. Anybody who is sick on our vehicles then consideration will be given but soiling of the vehicles will incur a 50.00 charge.

3. I'm sorry but smoking is not permitted on our vehicles.

4. No Alcohol is permitted on our vehicles.

5. We cannot be held responsible for adverse conditions etc leading to missed deadlines. Please bear this in mind and allow plenty of time for your journey.

6. Any property left on our vehicles is done so at your own risk.

7. Lost property will be kept safe if found on our vehicles for 2 months, and must be collected or return postage paid for.

8. Any parking charges must be paid to the driver please on the return journey.

9. On airport transfers with more than 9 persons or when the trailer is required then an additional small charge of 10.00 pound per trip will be made to help cover the extra fuel cost's (this does NOT apply if only hand luggage is carried).


We have tried to be 'fair' with these terms and conditions and unless received in writing you will have agreed to them
